Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Enterprise Strategy Manager role based in Dubai.
The Enterprise Strategy Manager will analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions for the construction business.
Daily responsibilities include conducting financial and operational assessments, developing business cases, and preparing clear presentations and reports for senior leadership.
The role will collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to align projects and initiatives with long-term strategic objectives.
The Enterprise Strategy Manager will also support strategic planning cycles, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend improvements to business processes and organizational structure.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, develop insights, and prepare clear recommendations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Finance-related skills, such as financial analysis, budgeting support, and evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Experience in management consulting and general consulting, ideally involving strategy development, operating model design, or performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting; exposure to construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) and familiarity with KPI and dashboard reporting.
