Role Overview
Own design for critical areas of Consilio’s product suite and serve as a steward of its design system.
The role focuses on AI-assisted workflows, consistent standards across a multi-product portfolio, and influencing what gets built.
This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for setting direction and shaping product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design from problem framing through delivery and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with Product and Engineering early to shape solutions.
- Translate product strategy into journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Define interaction models for AI-assisted workflows and user trust.
- Evolve the design system and set standards for its use.
- Build accessibility into the design system.
- Prototype rapidly with modern AI tools.
- Lead or support research and communicate evidence-based design decisions to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years designing complex enterprise or B2B software with shipped work to present.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems in multi-product environments.
- Experience designing end-to-end journeys for multi-product ecosystems.
- Experience with Figma Make or similar prompt-based prototyping tools.
- Depth in interaction design, strong visual craft, and experience partnering with Product and Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualities
- Systems thinking, standards judgment, comfort with ambiguity, influence without authority, and clarity under complexity.
Portfolio
- A strong portfolio should demonstrate complex workflow design across multiple web-based enterprise products.
- Work samples should showcase prototyping ability.
