Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support consultants with eDiscovery task execution, documentation, and client communications.
• Assist with data ingestion and processing of structured and unstructured data.
• Help configure and test AI/ML tools such as TAR, CAL, and predictive coding.
• Prepare client data summaries, workflow diagrams, and platform guides.
• Set up workspaces, permissions, users, and review panels.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues and resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge-base content, training materials, and project trackers.
• Coordinate workflows for data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production or export.
• Contribute to quality assurance and flag inconsistencies or risks.
• Maintain project notes, documentation, and communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree at 2:1 or higher, or at least three years of litigation-support or legal-industry experience.
• Proactive problem-solving, teamwork, communication, client-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to undergo security clearance.

Tools and development

• Awareness of industry-standard software such as Relativity or Nuix is desirable; full training is provided.
• The role includes training in tools such as Relativity, Nuix, and Reveal and exposure to AI and machine-learning applications.
