Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days' per week from office)

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Requirements

  • Ability to distill complex technical information into easy-to-understand documents.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of the following: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SharePoint document/library management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to document details.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Experience with AI tools, such as Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, a plus.
  • Familiarity with product documentation or release documentation workflows a plus.
  • Experience with Storylane a plus.
