Requirements
- Education:
- High School diploma/GED or any combination of experience/education to equal graduation from the 12th grade.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Possess the ability to pass a background check.
- One (1) year recent, relevant experience in commercial custodial or maintenance services.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Some knowledge of general cleaning products and equipment required.
- Must possess strong verbal and good written communication skills including the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to apply common sense and good judgment in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Ability to remind and retrain staff of standard operating procedures and safe operation of equipment.
- Ability to interact effectively and supportively with people with disabilities.
- Some knowledge of general cleaning products and equipment.
- Must possess and demonstrate high initiative, adaptability, flexibility, and convey a positive team member attitude.
- A REAL ID is required to access this building .
