Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating floor machines
Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and follow simple instructions
- Ability to apply common sense and sound judgment in daily tasks
- Ability to work effectively and positively with individuals with disabilities
- Working knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- High level of initiative, reliability, adaptability, and flexibility
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in the safe operation, care, and maintenance of electrical and battery-powered floor equipment
- Ability to pass a background check
