UST is seeking a Lead UX Designer to design outstanding digital products and services across industry and consumer domains.
The role involves close collaboration with businesses, research teams, global UX studios, and external entities.
Core responsibilities
- Design digital products and services for a wide range of domains.
- Apply user research, information architecture, interaction design, design systems, and design thinking.
- Create user-centered solutions using creative, analytical, and visual thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design stories clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, product design, psychology, cognitive sciences, or a comparable field.
- At least 6 years of work experience in user-centered design.
- Experience across areas such as IT, consumer goods, automotive systems, healthcare, or connected industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the required design capabilities.
Skills and tools
- Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
- High proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and related visual design tools.
- Systems thinking, collaboration, communication, continuous learning, and visual storytelling.
