Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to own and elevate the visual identity of our brand across every channel and touchpoint.
  • This is a hands-on role responsible for managing all design needs within the department, including website, presentations, brochures, social media, product display, and video content.
  • The successful candidate will set the creative direction, maintain brand consistency, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all design output across the department, ensuring a consistent, high quality visual standard.
  • Design and maintain website graphics, layouts, and visual assets in collaboration with web and content teams.
  • Create polished presentation decks (PowerPoint and Keynote) for leadership, sales, and external events.
  • Produce brochures, one pagers, datasheets, and other print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Develop engaging social media creative tailored to each platform, including static, carousel, and motion formats.
  • Design product display assets, including booth graphics, banners, signage, and event materials.
  • Plan, storyboard, and produce video content, from short social clips to product and corporate videos.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to the visual identity.
  • Manage the design pipeline, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, product, and sales to understand requirements and deliver on brief.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional graphic design experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, social, and video.
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Proficiency in presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience producing and editing video and motion graphics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
