Role overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on finding new business opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact in our sales funnel — identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential clients before passing them to our closing team.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other platforms
- Run outbound outreach campaigns via cold calls, DMs, and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Qualify leads based on project size, timeline, and budget
- Book appointments and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain an accurate leads pipeline using our CRM system
- Report weekly on outreach volume, lead quality, and conversion rates
- What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Background in renovation, real estate, or fit-out is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator in English — Arabic is a bonus
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit weekly targets
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
- Own visa, husband/spouse visa, or transferable visa welcome
- What we offer
- Base salary AED 2000–3000 depending on experience
