Job Description
We are a well-established **interior fit-out and renovation company in Dubai** looking for a **Business Development Executive** with **proven experience in fit-out / renovation projects** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating **quality residential and commercial renovation leads** in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for **interior fit-out and renovation projects**
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, consultants, real estate agents, and facility managers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a sales pipeline and report weekly progress
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits
Requirements
- **Minimum 1–3 years of experience** in **interior fit-out / renovation / construction sales** in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of **Dubai fit-out market**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- **Must be on Dependent / Spouse / Family Visa**
- UAE driving license is a **plus**
