Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for candidates on a **husband/family visa** who are eager to earn based on performance.
You will be responsible for converting qualified leads provided by the company into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Meet potential clients and understand their requirements
- Present company services and proposals professionally
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships
Compensation
- **3% commission** on total project value (on successful conversion)
- High earning potential based on performance
- No fixed salary – purely performance-based
Requirements
- Must be on **husband/family visa**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in construction/interior fit-out (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently
