About the Opportunity

A newly established creative arts studio in Dubai is seeking an experienced and passionate

Lead Teacher – Fine Arts (Oil Painting)

to lead and develop its visual arts programs.

This role is ideal for an educator with strong artistic expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering creativity in students of various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality oil painting and fine arts classes for students of different age groups and abilities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support teaching assistants and studio staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop, review, and enhance art curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials aligned with the studio's educational objectives.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support artistic growth and development.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, clients, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, workshops, art events, and student showcases.
  • Oversee studio operations, including classroom preparation, art materials, equipment management, and health and safety compliance.
  • Maintain a creative, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
  • Support the studio's growth initiatives through community outreach and promotional activities when required.

& Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Art Education, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in fine arts, with a strong focus on oil painting.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, lead teacher, or academic coordination role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in oil painting techniques, composition, color theory, and various fine art mediums.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and classroom management abilities.
  • Experience working in art studios, educational institutions, or creative learning centers is preferred.
