Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through detailed design and present the design vision to clients and senior stakeholders.
The role is based in Riyadh, KSA; the posting states five working days.
Key responsibilities
- Define project design strategy and architectural vision from concept to execution.
- Lead concept, schematic, and design development phases while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate architecture, interiors, engineering, and external consultants.
- Integrate commercial, regulatory, and technical requirements into design solutions.
- Present design intent and lead reviews with clients, executive stakeholders, and authorities.
- Manage multiple high-value projects within timelines and budgets.
- Mentor junior and mid-level architects and establish design standards and best practices.
- Support business development with design presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Professional architect registration or licensure.
- Proven experience leading large-scale real estate or master planning projects.
- KSA or GCC market and regulatory-environment experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or ArchiCAD and strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards.
Compensation
- Salary is described as upper market rate; no payment cadence is specified.
