Key Responsibilities

• Autonomously ideate high volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools.
• Create content that builds impactful connections with consumers and drives strong attention metrics.
• Analyze real-time responses to live social content and adapt content based on insights.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Participate in creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.
• Contribute meaningful ideas and help formulate design strategy.
• Mentor, educate, and guide creators and, in some cases, Art Directors and Copywriters on best practices, ideation, and execution.

Experience and Knowledge

• 5 to 8 years of professional creative experience.
• Demonstrable passion for creating content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or other media platforms.
• Proficiency with DSLR photography or videography equipment.
• Proficiency with Final Cut or After Effects for editing.
• Proficiency with Google Docs or Microsoft Word for writing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Google Slides, or Canva for art and design.
• Superior content creation skills across design, video, editing, and writing from start to finish.
• Responsible, accountable, and self-starting approach with consistent initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across an organization and support positive results.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary is listed as $85,000 to $120,000 USD.
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
