The role manages influencer and creator marketing from initial ideation and talent engagement through production of final assets.
The position connects cultural signals and creator talent with client brand channels and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership on CAIT-led campaigns.
- Translate brand concepts into creator casting strategies, considering diversity, volume, and authenticity.
- Pitch creator-led concepts and help make CAIT a strategic partner for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
- Manage creator sourcing, contracts, payment processing, and project timelines.
- Monitor project financial health and margins; improve workflows and reduce revision rounds.
- Manage key accounts and coordinate across campaign production and related teams.
Experience and qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects, or talent management.
- Combines creative judgment with the operational ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Comfortable presenting to clients, explaining creator value, and defending creative decisions.
- Social-first approach, ownership, clear and empathetic feedback, and ability to navigate complex conversations.
- Must be authorized to work in Germany.
Workplace
- Hybrid role requiring three days a week in Berlin.
