We’re looking for a
Junior QA/QC Engineer
to support quality assurance and control activities on major projects across the UAE (
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah
).
In this role, you’ll be involved in inspections, documentation, and coordination to ensure all works meet project specifications and standards.

About Your Team
Reporting directly to the QA/QC Manager, you’ll work closely with site execution teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities meet required quality standards and specifications.
Your Role
- As a Junior QA/QC Engineer, you will:
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify, record, and report deficiencies
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Assist in planning and scheduling inspections in line with project timelines
- Support work inspections in coordination with execution teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with project specifications
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all inspections and test results
- Monitor and support the closure of NCRs and corrective actions
- Participate in internal inspections to verify preventive actions and quality improvements
- Coordinate snagging and de-snagging activities using digital tools
- Support firestopping and life safety (FLS) inspections in coordination with relevant teams
- Track inspection approvals, rejections, and resubmissions for assigned areas
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a construction environment (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered)
- Basic understanding of QA/QC processes, inspections, and construction standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Exposure to QA/QC documentation and inspection processes
- Familiarity with digital inspection or snagging tools
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
