Leading Generator qualifications from inception to closure

Creating Qualification standards in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering

Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp

Fostering strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement

Identifying and implement qualification cost out opportunities

Cultivating positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed

What you'll bring:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Management, or other Supply Chain related studies

Relevant quality or manufacturing engineering experience

Equipment installation and qualification experience

Strong team player

Experience interfacing across matrix organizations

Good negotiation skills

Ability to build trust with team members and interfacing organizations.

Experience and familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo and deliver the best GE products
