Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathes and milling machines to manufacture and modify metal components for furniture production.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications; perform machining, drilling, threading, facing, and milling accurately.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional and quality requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of operator experience; furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, or engineering industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work independently.
- Attention to quality, safety, and production targets.
