Operator role in furniture manufacturing, metal furniture, or sheet metal fabrication.
Requires 3–5 years of experience operating BLM wire bending machines.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor BLM wire bending machines to produce components according to drawings and specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and program machine parameters for accurate production.
- Adjust machines, change tools, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and production targets are achieved.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating BLM wire bending machines.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, metal furniture, or sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to quality.
