Overview

1) Sortation & Floor Control (Parcels)

• Run end-to-end parcel flow:
• receiving → scan-in → sort → route binning → staging → load → dispatch
• .
• Ensure
• route-wise/cluster-wise binning
• and control mis-sort/rework through daily quality checks.
• Maintain
• 100% scanning discipline
• at every touchpoint (inbound, sort, load, out-for-delivery, returns).
• Manage peak-hour waves with manpower allocation for
• fast induction + fast dispatch
• .

2) Bulky Home Deliveries (Hiace And Suv)

• Control bulky flow:
• inbound check → damage check → labeling → staging → load planning → dispatch
• .
• Ensure correct
• vehicle assignment
• (Hiace/SUV) based on
• cube/weight, fragility, multi-man lift, and delivery time windows
• .
• Maintain
• handling SOPs
• (mirrors, glass, furniture, appliances) and ensure packing integrity during staging and loading.
• Coordinate with installation/assembly (if applicable) and prioritize customer appointment slots.

3) Dispatch & Fleet Utilization (105 Vehicles)

• Prepare daily
• dispatch plan
• : route sequencing, wave cutoffs, capacity utilization, and standby vehicle plan.
• Optimize fleet utilization across
• Sedans (small parcels/express), SUVs (mixed/oversized), Hiace (bulky & high-stop routes)
• .
• Ensure
• on-time departure
• for each wave; manage exceptions (no-show DA, vehicle breakdown, route split/merge).
• Monitor live execution with Control Tower/CS and drive same-day recovery actions.

4) Returns, Undelivered & Backlog Control

• Control
• undelivered (FAR/NA/Reschedule)
• and ensure same-day
• re-attempt plan

Rto And Returns

• flow: scan, QC, segregation (sellable/damaged), and handover to linehaul/FC.
• Keep backlog within defined aging limits (D0/D1/D2) and publish action tracker.

5) Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Enforce safe stacking/staging rules:
• no wall dependency

• A-frame racks, pallet racking, straps, corner protectors
• , and designated fragile lanes.
• Maintain clear aisles, fire exits, PPE compliance, and incident reporting.
• Conduct daily audits:
• mis-sort audit, scan pending audit, damage audit, route cage audit

6) Team & Vendor Management

• Lead hub associates (sorters, loaders, scanners, bulky handlers) and allocate by wave/zone.
• Train teams on
• SOPs, fragile handling, scanning, staging discipline, and 5S
• .
• Coordinate with 3PL partners / DA supervisors for attendance, productivity, and service discipline.

7) Reporting & Communication

• Publish shift dashboards: volume received/dispatched, pending, wave departure times, damages, mis-sort, productivity.
• Run daily huddles:
• pre-shift plan + post-shift closure
• with issues, root cause, and CAPA.
