Overview

Operational Management (Hard & Soft Services)

• Hard Services:
• Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC maintenance, and civil works.
• Ensure all Critical Assets (Chillers, DBs, Fire Fighting systems, CCTV/Access Control systems.) undergo timely PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance).
• Soft Services:
• Manage daily cleaning standards, and specialized deep cleaning schedules.
• Pest Control:
• Ensure stores remain pest-free by monitoring vendor schedules and ensuring compliance with Dubai/ NE /Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
• Security:
• Coordinate with security vendors to ensure guard deployment, mall security liaison.

Team Leadership & Regional Oversight

• Lead and mentor a team of

3 Regional Leads And Supervisors

• , ensuring standardized service delivery across all UAE territories.
• Conduct regular site audits and "Mystery Shopper" style facility inspections to maintain brand standards.
• Manage staff rosters, KPIs, and performance reviews for the regional facility team.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Supervise third-party IFM contractors, ensuring they adhere to

Slas (Service Level Agreements)

• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a "Zero Harm" environment for both staff and customers.
