Overview
Seeking a qualified landscape professional with at least 9 years of on-site stadium project experience in the mixed-use, building, or infrastructure sector.
The role supports compliance of construction activities with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Your role
- Review and check landscape shop drawings.
- Review and approve contractor material submittals and method statements.
- Provide solutions using SketchUp modelling.
- Coordinate site work and inspections.
- Respond to contractor inspection requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily site activity records and progress photos for inspection.
- Prepare site instructions for work deficiencies and non-conformance reports when required.
About you
- Degree qualified in landscaping.
- Professional affiliation or eligibility for membership is preferred.
- Ideally, at least 12 years of relevant landscape or horticulture site supervision, documentation, and implementation experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Able to work independently or within and lead a small team of similar-discipline professionals.
- Able to create designs suited to the Middle East environment.
