About the role
Gulf Contracting & Landscaping is hiring an experienced Landscape BIM Modeler in Abu Dhabi.
Develop and coordinate Revit landscape models and drawings across hardscape, softscape, grading, site furniture, and external works, supporting projects from design through construction and as-built stages.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update coordinated Revit landscape models and drawings using approved design and construction information.
- Produce shop drawings, sections, details, planting and material schedules, quantities, and as-built model updates in line with project BIM requirements.
- Coordinate landscape models with civil, irrigation, drainage, lighting, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines; identify clashes and escalate design decisions to the responsible engineer or designer.
- Incorporate consultant comments, approved changes, and verified site records.
- Verify model accuracy, parameters, levels, coordinates, and drawing revisions before submission.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Two to five years of landscape BIM modeling experience; parks, public realm, or UAE external works experience is preferred.
- Hands-on Revit modeling and documentation experience, with solid knowledge of hardscape, planting, grading, and irrigation interfaces.
- Ability to read construction drawings, coordinate with technical and site teams, and maintain accurate model and drawing revisions.
Technical skills
- Essential: Revit (Landscape), AutoCAD, shop and as-built drawings, model coordination, and quality checks.
- Advantageous: Civil 3D, Navisworks clash detection, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, or other automation tools.
