Design and deliver landscape projects across KSA and the Gulf, combining creative design expertise and technical proficiency to create sustainable, functional, and visually compelling outdoor environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop landscape designs and master plans using 3D visualization and BIM tools to communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site analysis and spatial planning assessments to inform design strategies.
- Prepare presentation materials and visual documentation using Adobe Creative Suite and digital mapping technologies.
- Integrate sustainable design and environmental stewardship from concept through implementation.
- Use GIS and digital mapping tools for environmental analysis and data-informed design decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to support project delivery and realize design intent.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry practices, emerging technologies, and Gulf landscape design standards.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional landscape architecture experience in design and project delivery.
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in KSA or the Gulf region.
- Advanced proficiency with 3D visualization and BIM platforms, such as SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, spatial planning, and site analysis.
- Proficiency with GIS and digital mapping tools for environmental analysis.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills for presentation and visualization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable landscape design and environmental stewardship.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Professional landscape architecture licensure or certification.
- Experience with additional design software or visualization tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful work in arid or Gulf climate regions.
