Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs and master plans with 3D visualization and BIM tools, including SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent platforms.
• Conduct site analysis and spatial planning assessments.
• Create presentation materials and visual documentation using Adobe Creative Suite and digital mapping technologies.
• Apply sustainable design and environmental stewardship from concept through implementation.
• Use GIS and mapping tools for environmental analysis and data-driven design.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects and realize design intent.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables; maintain design excellence and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry practices, technologies, and Gulf-region landscape standards.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional landscape architecture experience in design and project delivery.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in KSA or the Gulf region.
• Advanced proficiency with 3D visualization and BIM platforms, such as SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong landscape design, spatial planning, and site analysis skills.
• Proficiency with GIS and digital mapping for environmental analysis.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills for presentation and visualization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable landscape design and environmental stewardship.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Professional landscape architecture licensure or certification.
• Experience with additional design software or visualization tools.
• Portfolio showing successful delivery in arid or Gulf climate regions.
