Role purpose

Project leadership and design

• Lead landscape projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
• Develop sustainable landscape solutions aligned with project objectives and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for project integration.
• Prepare and review master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, deliverables, and landscape scope changes; assess cost implications.
• Coordinate landscape and infrastructure interfaces, resolve design conflicts, and provide technical solutions.

Reviews and delivery

• Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, design intent, and quality.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submissions, shop drawings, planting strategies, irrigation, hardscape materials, lighting, and site furnishings.
• Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design intent and quality; review mock-ups, material samples, and site installations.
• Support project closeout, snagging, and handover activities.

Client and business coordination

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management when required.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost evaluations.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Proficiency in landscape design software and drafting tools.
• At least 6–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management.
• UAE project experience and strong familiarity with municipality regulations and approval processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion.

Preferred experience

• Experience with residential, mixed-use, or public realm projects is preferred.
