- Coordinate IT activities across all group companies to ensure consistent technology standards and operational alignment.
- Drive and monitor digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, automation projects, and process digitization.
- Support departments in adopting new IT tools, systems, and workflows that improve productivity and service quality.
- Review existing IT processes and recommend enhancements to improve digital maturity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor ongoing digital initiatives, track implementation progress, and report outcomes to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and technology improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation across business functions and support implementation planning.
- Ensure data security awareness, compliance, and responsible technology usage across departments.
- Assist in technology onboarding for new users, departments, and business units as needed.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, projects, and technology standards.
- Support group-wide IT coordination for hardware, software, network, and application-related matters.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, and other teams to enhance digital workflows and technology adoption.
