About This Role

Overview

  • 4+ years in support or similar roles, preferably in Telco or IT environments.
  • 2.

Experience

  • onboarding new products/projects into operational support.
  • 3. Strong skills in reviewing technical documentation, SLAs, and AS-IS/TO-BE documents.
  • 4. Hands-on experience with NMS, ticketing tools, and monitoring platforms.
  • 5. Awareness of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • 6. Understanding of Telco products, services, and lifecycle management.
  • 7. Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • 8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • 9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 10. Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
  • 11. Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.
  • 12. Very good level of IT literacy.
