We are looking for a seasoned L&D & Performance Management Specialist to join a government entity in Abu Dhabi on an 8-month contract . This role will play a key part in driving employee development, strengthening performance frameworks, and aligning workforce capabilities with strategic objectives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Design and deliver impactful training programs (workshops, curricula, e-learning)
- Support creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Measure effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
Performance Management
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, reviews)
- Define and implement KPIs aligned with organizational strategy
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and high-potential talent
✅ Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Prior experience with Abu Dhabi government / semi-government entities (mandatory)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in L&D and Performance Management
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
