Overview

Hiring: L&D & Performance Management Specialist (8-Month Project)

📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE

🏛️ Government Sector

We are looking for a seasoned

L&D & Performance Management Specialist

to join a government entity in Abu Dhabi on an

8-month contract

.

This role will play a key part in driving employee development, strengthening performance frameworks, and aligning workforce capabilities with strategic objectives.

Learning & Development

  • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs (workshops, curricula, e-learning)
  • Support creation of

Individual Development Plans (Idps)

  • Measure effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives

Performance Management

  • Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, reviews)
  • Define and implement KPIs aligned with organizational strategy
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and high-potential talent

Requirements

  • **Arabic speaker (mandatory)**
  • **Prior experience with Abu Dhabi government / semi-government entities (mandatory)**
  • **10+ years of relevant experience**
  • in L&D and Performance Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
