ADX-listed investment holding company

in Abu Dhabi ā€” with a diversified portfolio across

real estate and high-growth sectors

ā€” we are seeking an accomplished

Investment Relationship Manager

to join its leadership-facing investments team.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who can be the trusted interface between the company and its investors, shareholders, and capital-market stakeholders.

What You'Ll Do

  • Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, brokers, and analysts
  • Lead investor communications, disclosures, and IR activities in line with

Requirements

  • Build and grow relationships with HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors
  • Present investment opportunities across real estate and high-growth assets
  • Prepare Board-level investor decks, updates, and capital-market reporting
  • What you'll bring
  • 5ā€“10 years in investor relations, capital markets, or investment relationship management (UAE/GCC)
  • **Mandatory: hands-on ADX experience**
  • ā€” listing rules, disclosure regime, SCA regulations
  • Strong grasp of capital markets, valuation, and financial statements
  • Excellent stakeholder communication;
  • Arabic + English
  • strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Business; CFA or IR certification a plus
