Kitchen Production Helper supporting operations, order processing, food safety, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment.
- Implement and support food safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless order delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Support driver coordination and shipment tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Candidate requirements
- High school diploma.
- Strong English communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; previous supply chain, logistics, or similar experience.
- Additional Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics qualification preferred.
- Comfortable working in multicultural settings.
- Strong achievement drive, planning and organization, customer focus, quality and accuracy commitment, and teamwork.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time role paying AED 1,800–2,000 per month.
