Purpose of the role
Support smooth production by completing preparation tasks and helping ensure efficient warehouse and/or chiller operations.
Warehouse and chiller operations
- Keep the warehouse and/or chillers clean and organised.
- Oversee inventory and take responsibility for order and the care and maintenance of flower stock.
- Tidy warehouse areas regularly so shelves are clean and stock is organised and easy to retrieve.
- Attend staff meetings and share ideas for process improvement or waste reduction.
- Carry out other tasks as advised.
Florist support and flower inventory
- Clean and cut flowers and prepare foam for florists.
- Ensure flower inventory is properly cared for and organised.
Personal development
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development.
- Arrange appraisals with the line manager in accordance with the company process.
Education, skills, and experience
- High school education.
- Basic English and ability to communicate.
- Experience in a similar role.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
