Purpose
Support efficient warehouse and/or chiller operations and production by completing preparation tasks that help maintain a smooth workflow.
Warehouse and chiller operations
- Keep the warehouse and/or chillers clean and organized.
- Oversee chiller and warehouse inventory and care for flower inventory.
- Tidy the warehouse regularly so shelves are clean and stock is organized and easy to retrieve.
- Attend staff meetings and share ideas for process improvement or waste reduction.
- Perform other tasks as advised.
Florist support and development
- Clean and cut flowers and prepare foam for florists.
- Ensure proper care and organization of flower inventory.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development and arrange appraisals with the line manager.
Education, skills, and experience
- High school education.
- Basic English and ability to communicate.
- Experience in a similar role.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
