The kitchen helper supports ingredient storage and food preparation.
The role helps keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas according to food-safety regulations.
- Wash, chop, shred, and grate ingredients for chefs to use.
- Sweep and mop floors as needed, and assist with unloading deliveries.
- Store ingredients according to food-safety regulations and help monitor inventory.
- Report damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
- Package leftover food for customers upon request.
- Clean trash cans and regularly dispose of refuse.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of kitchen assistant or kitchen helper experience is required.
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and multitask accurately.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
