Overview
- Handle daily sales operations at assigned E& kiosk in modern trade locations (malls, retail kiosk outlets).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote and sell E& products and services including prepaid/postpaid SIMs, data plans, device bundles, and value-added services.
- Assist customers with SIM activation, plan upgrades, and service inquiries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during all sales (ID verification, TRA/telecom regulations).
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new offers and promotions.
- Ensure kiosk is well-maintained, clean, and visually attractive as per brand standards.
