Key Account Manager-UAE and Kuwait This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Diseases. About Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division We are the world leader in Rapid Diagnostics at the point of care. Working with us, you'll tackle a wide array of problems including some of the world's greatest healthcare challenges, while experiencing a myriad of cultures, geographies, and technologies. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage strategic healthcare accounts and business partnerships, with a focus on revenue generation. and will be responsible for driving market penetration, commercial growth, and customer engagement across Abbott Rapid Diagnostics portfolio within the assigned territory What You'll Do- Full accountability for revenue generation and the commercial objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to execution. Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across hospitals, laboratories, governmental entities, procurement departments, and healthcare networks Collaborate closely with clinicians, laboratory leadership, emergency departments, infection control teams, and healthcare decision-makers to improve patient pathways and diagnostic workflows Utilize business intelligence tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities, optimize account performance, and strengthen strategic planning Develop customer-centric solutions, including integrated workflow offerings and value-based diagnostic approaches
