Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a skilled customer-focused and commercially driven Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within the ICT and telecom domain.

In this role, you will act as the

primary interface between the company and key customers

, driving business growth, managing opportunities, and ensuring end-to-end transaction quality while delivering long-term value.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably as an Account Manager or Solution Sales Manager in the ICT industry.
  • Strong customer relationship building capability.
  • Excellent ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Solid project operation and management capability.
  • Strategic planning and transaction management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, product knowledge, finance, and transaction models.
  • Work carefully and conscientiously with a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve organizational, key, and general customer relationships while managing expectations and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a facilitator of customer business success by deeply understanding customer strategies, business objectives, and network pain points, then identifying, guiding, and resolving both explicit and implicit requirements through tailored solutions.
  • Serve as Project Director (PD) or core team member in sales projects — cultivate the market, identify opportunities, and successfully deliver project objectives through effective project operation.
  • Own end-to-end (E2E) transaction quality and operation management for assigned projects, project groups, or business units, ensuring alignment with transaction quality standards and achievement of business targets.
  • Represent the company at the customer interface to solve business and network-related problems, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster mutual trust and long-term win-win partnerships.
