About the Role

Key Account Manager / Sales Manager – CPU Retail Business

to support the growth of

Snapdragon-powered devices

across the

Middle East

UAE and Saudi Arabia

This role is responsible for driving retail and e-retail development for Snapdragon-powered notebook and PC products, building strong relationships with leading retail partners, and ensuring excellent execution at market level.

The successful candidate will combine strong account management skills with a solid understanding of IT retail, consumer electronics, notebooks, PCs, and OEM partner structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail and e-retail partners in UAE and KSA.
  • Drive sell-out growth for Snapdragon-powered notebook and PC products.
  • Support retail activation, product launches, promotions, visibility campaigns, and in-store execution.
  • Work closely with retail buyers, category managers, OEM partners, distributors, and store teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the notebook, PC, and premium mobile computing category.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, retail pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Ensure strong Snapdragon visibility and correct product positioning across relevant retail channels.
  • Support training and enablement activities for retail staff and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with field sales, promoters, merchandisers, and training teams where applicable.
  • Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in retail account management or channel sales in the Middle East technology market.

The ideal profile has proven exposure to leading IT and consumer electronics retailers in UAE and/or KSA and understands how retailers, distributors, OEMs, and brands interact in the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-retail, retail, key account management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Strong background in IT, notebooks, PCs, consumer electronics, OEMs, or related technology categories.
  • Experience with retailers such as Sharaf DG, Jarir, Extra, or comparable regional retailers is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of the UAE and Saudi retail landscape.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in sell-out growth, promotions, retail execution, and account planning.
  • Fluent Arabic and very good English skills.
  • Additional regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a regional role.
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools, sales data, market insights, and structured business reviews.
  • Willingness to travel across UAE, KSA, and potentially other Middle East markets.
  • Valid UAE driving license
