About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage key organiser accounts across the UAE and GCC exhibitions market.

The role will act as the main point of contact between organiser clients and internal operational teams, ensuring seamless project delivery, strong client relationships, and commercial account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with organiser clients and key accounts
  • Receive and coordinate organiser requests with internal operations teams
  • Work closely with design, production, and project delivery teams
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including organisers, agencies, venues, and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth project execution across all delivery stages
  • Support account growth through strong client service and commercial awareness
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and business planning
  • Resolve issues quickly and manage client expectations effectively
  • Experience with pavilion builds and exhibition stand builds essential

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ exhibition industry experience
  • Experience working with organisers, agencies, or main contractors
  • Strong knowledge of trade show operations
  • Familiarity with Maxima and Octanorm shell scheme systems
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Familiarity with the UAE exhibitions market
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
