Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Dubai is for a Key Account Manager at Troya Aesthetics.
Responsibilities
include managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans and strategies to drive growth for clients and the organization, ensuring high levels of customer service, and conducting analysis to improve account performance.
The Key Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet clients' needs and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Key Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Account Management to drive client and organizational success.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating account performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field preferred.
