Role Description
The Key Account Manager will oversee relationships with strategic partners and key food sector stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met in alignment with UAE Food Cluster’s mission.
This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a balance of on-site meetings and events and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, tracking performance against agreed objectives, preparing business and account plans, and coordinating cross-functional support for cluster members.
The role involves analyzing market trends and data, identifying opportunities for collaboration or growth, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
The Key Account Manager will also support customer service activities, respond to inquiries from partners, and contribute to initiatives that enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience building and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop account strategies, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including responsiveness, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
- Experience in the food, agriculture, FMCG, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and diverse partners.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
