About The Role

  • Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager – Hotels to join their team.
  • In this role, you will report to the Sales Director / Head of Sales and be responsible for managing and growing key hotel accounts while driving revenue and strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong account management, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
  • About the Requirements
  • Manage and grow relationships with key hotel accounts to drive revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality segment and expand the client portfolio.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum
  • 5–8 years of experience
  • in key account management within hospitality, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in sales growth.
