- As a Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all store locations.

- About the Requirements
- Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with overall business objectives while overseeing daily store operations.
- Drive sales growth through market analysis, commercial initiatives, and effective KPI and budget management.
- Lead and develop Regional, Area, and Store Managers to build a high-performance, customer-focused retail culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience standards while resolving escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, compliance, financial performance (P&L), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum
- 10–15 years of progressive retail experience
- , including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (ERP/POS).
