About The Role

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
• This role will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring the effective management of employee lifecycle processes while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving organisational performance through talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence across potentially multi entity or group structures.
• About the Requirements
• Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law and best industry practices.
• Manage and enhance performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programmes. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, compensation, and benefits administration professionally and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage HR operations across multiple entities or group company structures, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide strategic HR support to senior management.
• About you
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager
• Strong and well-rounded background in Human Resources Management
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage
• Leadership Style: Hands-on leader with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a compliance-driven approach
• Very good communication skills in English.
