About This Role

Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to support enterprise customer engagement and business development activities. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in building a career in enterprise ICT sales and account management.

The role involves customer relationship management, sales opportunity development, solution coordination, and supporting end-to-end business operations across enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with enterprise clients and telecom operators
  • Support the full sales cycle including account planning, lead generation, opportunity management, and sales pipeline development
  • Coordinate with internal solution and technical teams to develop customer-focused proposals and solutions
  • Understand customer business requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives to identify suitable ICT solutions
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and establish long-term partnerships
  • Participate in commercial discussions, project coordination, and transaction management activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer engagements
  • Support business growth initiatives and contribute to achieving sales and operational targets

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in:

  • Business
  • IT
  • Telecommunications
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Or related fields

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Interest in sales, account management, or enterprise business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Preferred

  • Knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions such as:
  • IP Networks
  • Servers & Storage
  • Optical & Cloud Solutions
  • Understanding of sales processes and account management principles
  • Previous internship or work experience in telecom, ICT, or enterprise technology is a plus
