We’re Hiring | Key Account Engineer (Saudi Nationals)
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Saudi Engineering Graduates to join a leading company as Key Account Engineers.
As a Key Account Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting engineering products and solutions, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable technical solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.
The role is customer-facing, so you should be comfortable communicating with clients, conducting meetings, and travelling across Saudi Arabia whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
- Conduct customer visits across Saudi Arabia.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Maintain customer records using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic to intermediate English.
- Good computer skills.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
- Interest in technical sales and account management.
Work Environment
- Based in Jeddah.
- Five working days per week.
- Customer-facing role with frequent field visits.
- Flexible work arrangement with work-from-home option when not on client visits, subject to business needs.
- Full training will be provided.
