About the role
Support Yas Heat Racing's karting program as a mechanic for Bambino, Micro, Mini, Junior, and Senior categories.
Support IAME and ROTAX championships during training, testing, and race events.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a stated start date of November 1, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain racing karts to motorsport standards.
- Provide trackside support, troubleshooting, repairs, and performance optimization during race weekends.
- Prepare, calibrate, maintain, and diagnose IAME and ROTAX engines.
- Perform chassis setup, alignment, geometry adjustments, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with FIA Karting technical regulations and event requirements.
- Manage workshop tools, spare parts inventory, and equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with coaches and drivers to support performance development across racing categories.

- Technical problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with UAE karting circuits and racing conditions is preferred.
- UAE-based candidates holding a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
