The restaurant is hiring an experienced Pakistani Kadai / Handi Cook for its kitchen team.
The role focuses on authentic Pakistani Kadai and Handi dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a Pakistani Kadai / Handi Cook.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Pakistani Kadai and Handi cooking.
- Experience preparing chicken and mutton Kadai and Handi dishes.
- Good knowledge of spices, gravies, marination, and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, portions, and food quality.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant operations.
- Ability to maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ability to work responsibly as part of a kitchen team.
- UAE or GCC restaurant experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Pakistani Kadai and Handi dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Prepare and cook different gravies and sauces.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking station.
- Control food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff during service.
- Follow food safety and restaurant hygiene procedures.
