Requirements
- At least 1 year of waitress or food-server experience in a restaurant or similar food-and-beverage establishment.
- Good English communication skills and a professional, friendly, presentable manner.
- Good customer-service and interpersonal skills; able to take orders accurately and serve food professionally.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome customers and attend to them in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take orders accurately; serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Explain menu items and assist customers when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members and handle customer requests or concerns professionally.
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and customer-service standards.
